By booking or participating in a tour with Šibenik Adventure, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Šibenik Adventure offers guided sea kayaking tours in the Šibenik Channel, including visits to notable sites such as the WWII “Hitler’s Eyes” tunnel and the UNESCO-listed St. Nicholas Fortress. Tours are conducted by experienced local guides and include necessary equipment and safety gear.
3. Booking and Payment
- Booking Process: Reservations can be made via phone, email, WhatsApp, or through the booking form on our website.
- Tour Price: The tour price is €40 per person, payable in cash on the day of the tour.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Weather Conditions: Tours may be postponed or canceled due to adverse weather or sea conditions. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.
5. Participant Requirements
- Participants must be at least 6 years old.
- A basic level of fitness is required, but no prior kayaking experience is needed.
- Non-swimmers are welcome; life vests are provided.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions before the tour.
6. Equipment and Safety
We provide all necessary kayaking equipment and dry bags. Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions given by the guide.
7. Liability
Participants take part at their own risk. Šibenik Adventure is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence, as permitted by law.
8. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items. Please avoid bringing valuables.
9. Changes to Terms
